Visual thesis

The visual component of the thesis demonstrates the on- and offline environments of a subject as they happen simultaneously. The narrative is visualized though a short film that aims to expose how individuals regard their online and offline selves abstracted from each other.

The twenty-minute film exhibit reveals the penchant users show toward categorizing and appropriating different platforms for different reasons driven by personally conceived affordances and predefined motivations.
