  • Diagnosed fragmented design-dev handoff as the root cause of inconsistent UI and slow release cycles; proposed and architected an enterprise design system covering governance, component maintenance, and variable management—driving 8% lift in Premium conversions and 4.5% increase in downloads on our highest value pages.

  • Identified drop-off in the sign-up funnel and redesigned onboarding workflows by simplifying decision points and reducing cognitive load at key steps, resulting in a 2.21% increase in sign-ups.

  • Led design of an AI-integrated Grants tool by defining the problem space with beta users early, iterating on interaction patterns from structured feedback, and shipping to 300+ users with 84% satisfaction. 

  • Defined contribution guidelines and instituted a design review practice for the team, establishing shared standards that scaled system adoption across contributors and reduced inconsistency in new component proposals.

  • Led end-to-end redesign of the mobile experience and launched a net-new Android app, contributing to a 16% YoY increase in checkout. 

  • Designed and independently ran a 54-customer beta program to validate cross-platform experience before launch. Defi ned testing structure, recruited participants, and synthesized findings to de-risk the release.

  • Identified the need for a unified design foundation across desktop and mobile and initiated a cross-platform design system, establishing consistency standards that scaled across both surfaces.

  • Established the design function from the ground up as the company's first and only designer. Defined tools, processes, and standards that enabled the product team to move with design quality at startup pace.

  • Designed an ML-driven checkout automation experience to reduce friction and shift customers toward a subscription model, directly supporting a retention strategy that drove a $16 AOV lift.

  • Architected the social commerce experience entirely from scratch, making foundational product and interaction decisions that supported the launch of 200+ creator stores and 100K+ recipes. 

  • Built and scaled design system from the ground up, creating an efficient component library and illustration system that supported rapid product development.

  • Led 0-to-1 product design for an International Money Transfer comparison tool, owning the complete user experience from concept to launch for a new business line.

  • Collaborated on the conception and design of our Pay with Groupon experiment by designing the Merchant side of being able to redeem a Groupon by customer name only

  • Designed printed materials for the Indianapolis 500, the largest single-day sporting event in the world

  • Produced comprehensive print and digital marketing campaigns for the IZOD IndyCar Series league and three major IMS race events: the Indianapolis 500, NASCAR's Brickyard 400, and Indianapolis Motorcycle Grand Prix. Work spanned advertisements, event programs, promotional collateral, and environmental signage.

  • Designed the official 2011 Brickyard 400 logo, delivering a marquee brand asset for a nationally televised NASCAR event.
